Mongo DB specialist Needed

We are using mongo 2.6.7 at AWS with Java 1.7. The jobs are all batch. We need someone who understands Mongo well and understands how to use mongo with Java.
You need to understand:
1. Inserts, deletes, updates
2. Indexes
3. Space allocations
4. Access
We have some large data so knowledge of handling larger data would be useful. The systems are all on Ubuntu.
