SUMMARY: SIMPLY UPDATE THIS APP TO WORK WITH JRE1.5 OR ABOVE:
Ok,,,, I have a GNU / GPL application that seems to have been abandoned by the original developer and after countless unanswered emails I'm guessing the guy died or something so what I need is this.
First: The developers site has some detailed or documented information on this old site, but I have no idea if its accurate anymore [ [url removed, login to view] ]
Second: I have the .JAR binary and the builds for both Windows and Linux in this small little application that needs to be updated to work with the latest version of Java Runtime Environment.
Third: PLEASE NOTE, It is currently compiled or designed to run with JRE 1.4.0 and simply will not work on the newer 64 bit machines.
I have attached the JAR files for your examination and can provide or setup a link to an online demo if need be.
What the application does is simply connect to the MLS and download the listings. I have it set to work with cronjob on one machine and its flawless, but when I migrated the site to a brand new server running the AMD 64, the JRE 1.4.0 simply wont work.
SO PLEASE..... BEFORE YOU BID..... what I'm asking for is to update this java application to work with at least JRE [url removed, login to view]
If I have under estimated the amount then make your bid and in a PM tell me if it should be higher.
P.S. the [url removed, login to view] is attached but because the upload limit is 512kb I cant upload the other part ([url removed, login to view] or the [url removed, login to view]). So to get the other part you can visit this link at [url removed, login to view] [ [url removed, login to view] ] please note the [url removed, login to view] IS NOT the correct version we are working with for LINUX.

HEY FOOL! Look at [url removed, login to view] and check that there is a Java 1.4.2 for AMD64. And in a AMD64 Linux you can run a Java 1.4.2 for i386.
