We need a developer to create a JAVA library that convert regular json to a ISO8583 Hypercom messaging protocol through socket connections. This library must be a jar file that can be integrated into a larger application. Our Backend is based on MULE ESB so it could also be a Mule based solution through an API
We will provide all documents towards the financial institution to which we need to send the requests.
