Need a Scala/Java developer with ML knowledge to create a trading algorithm that used to buy and sell on various time frames. Accuracy needed is 90% and above. The algorithm need to be preferment for low and high time frames and well back-tested. The main goal is to catch every price bounce with buy and sell signals. This is mainly for Crypto trading and only interested in long signals
I am looking for an algorithm they predicts buy and sell on various time frames (1m,5, 10m, 15m, ..., etc) with a minimum of 90% accuracy if not higher.
The algorithm need to be preferment for low and high time frames and well back-tested. The main goal is to catch every price bounce with buy and sell signals.

The algorithm needs to be tested with 2 different coins (excepts BTC)
- Back test for various time frames
- Live test/trades
- Dashboard for both backtest and live trades to show me how the algo is performing
Price is negotiable based on the produced algorithms. Willing to pay for performant algorithms
