We are looking to hire 1 talented WEB DESIGNER professional to create frame based a web page using MS Frontpage.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
1) Import our event php frames to the same way you see it on [url removed, login to view] (if you can read this language, thats a plus)

2) Work to be provided should be able to be incorporated into MS Frontpage
3) Completion to be delivery 5 day
The candidate should have these qualities:
(A) Candidate should be a creative thinker, we are looking for TALENT, people who are self-starters and can used there own judgment on design, what looks best.
(B) Experience with used frame and table, integration with Java/HTML,
and web design should be clean and dynamic.
