Dear Software developers, Sorry for provide this project again. During the biding process we have discussed the project with a lot of programmers. At the end we are not sure about our the right programming software / technology (VBA excel/excess, VPN, .NET, C#, PHP, …). So please make your proposal with your technology. - - - Clarification for the selection of the right programming technology: The software must be operated from different places (towns). There is no need for two or more users at one time. The database must be stored at one place. At the first step the software will be used in our company and our branch offices. At a late stage the software could be sold to our customers also. The possibility for this should remain. Therefore the software must also be executable on a windows PC or a network server. As we learned the .NET framework should be optimal to create an internet based software how runs also as a windows desktop program. But please make your proposal with your solution. - - - Description The main function of the program is the registration of incoming invoices. The second function is the creation of a cost control function. The program must be multilingual (minimum English, German, Spanish), The table with the multilingual words will be delivered by us. All rights remain with us.
