Complete web portal for college

SO basically its a web application for the college. we want to build it in java(j2ee) struts2 hibernate mysql......we need professional experienced freelancers....and should be from mumbai india.(others can also bid..if we dont find anybody from mumbai then we might just pick you). it is just like transferring college processes online features that the website will have 1. online admission process(most important) 2. online library management 3. attendance management 4. user profiles. 5. sharing things(videos, photos, notes,etc) 6. admin control panel to update events, news. description anyone can just come to site register themselve with email id...a verification email will be sent to that id...if user clicks that link then giving access to his/her account, else the user should not be authorized to do anything....once user authenticates...he/she can just login...some common tools like changing password...setting profile pic...editing profile..etc types of user(will select while doing sign up) admin student professor 1. online admission process the admission will be carried out on website.. a) for first year students::::: govt creates the merit list and shortlist the students according to their area...once the students are shortlisted, govt gives the details of student who have shortlisted for that college........on admission page there will be all kind of instructions to fill the form and all other text will be shown with the apply button...when clicked on button transfer directly to form....two forms will be filled...1. personal details 2. educational details...but after filling the personal details .....they will be provided with table of courses he want to apply for and accordingly educational form will be shown.....(eg if he want to apply for bsc then he will select bsc and bsc related form(educational detail form) will be shown).if all fields are valid and verified...third step will be uploading the documents...when successfully uploading, a random key will be generated which will be sent to email id with some other details...by taking print of it user can come to college with the print and make the payment.... database should be updated that the student have paid the fees.(we want your creativity for how we can only allow shortlisted students(whose details are provided by govt) to fill the form ) b) for all other students who are promoted to next class will have the same process but with some minor changes...details will be provided 2. online library management... students can access books online which are in pdf format....a list will be provided according the course....for eg if user selects all books related to bsc will listed...he can access all those books.... 3. attendance management parents can check their son/daughters attendance.... 4. user profile users will have their user profiles...which will have particular url... 5. sharing things students can share videos photos notes, anything with each other.... 6. admin panel... admin can login to site...and will be directed to admin panel that is admin profile........he has all the rights to update the things on site....he can update the data by using user interface.....for eg. events are carried out in college....and admin want to update events statistic on site....he can just enter text in text area...select image and clicks button....and the database is updated...and website should show this detail in real time by fetching the database.....this way admin can update anything.....a good user interface will be provided to admin....event updating,, news updating, attenance updating, etc etc....will be done by admin... that is the overview of this project.....once we select the freelancer we will talk with each other and will decide things. bid only if you are experienced with such project(preference will be given to mumbai people)
