Java dashboard application (container only)

We are looking for a contractor to work with our team for the duration of this project to develop an OpenSocial based dashboard application. This project is for the dashboard application and gadget container only, and does not include development of any specific gadgets. The dashboard technology to be used includes Apache Shindig as the gadget container. Project deliverables include a standalone application, ability for a user to sign in, ability for the user to chose a layout, ability to place gadgets onto the dashboard from the iGoogle catalog. The dashboard application should accommodate OAuth (consumer) authentication so that gadgets from other apps can be placed onto the dashboard. The application will run under Red Hat Linux.
