Website instalation from the template and add some function using java (applets or servlets)

Hello. I am looking for a web developer who can help me to install a flash template from template monster, change content and adjust its functionality using java, applets or servlets, also can use javascript, but I dont want to use php. Customer can upload big files using file upload button on the home page 2. customer can create an account where they can track orders and download invoice and send message to admin 3. Admin can see in admin panel customers list their names, emails, phone no. company names and upload invoice for each customer account from where customer can download the invoice 4. Admin can send email notification to customers using admin panel 5 Button request your sample pack change to request a quotation, click that button customer can chose what product he wants. what material, what quantity and see the price and delivery time. 6. change some text on the template like about us, contact us etc... + upload some product images. 7.
