I need a senior J2EE programmer with experience in STRUTS framework and Hibernate concepts. I have a team lead and three other junior programmers. Your role will be to assist the team lead in design and coding.

The project is long and will require perhaps 3 months of full time work (6-8 hours a day).

The programmer must be in India. Please do not apply if you cannot spend 6 hours a day.

Please provide a monthly cost in rupees.

You can start immediately.

As the project will take 3 months to get completed, I think 15000 to 20000 rupees would be monthly charge. I will spend 6-7 hours/day on the project, but time slot may vary.
