In short, we will likely initiate three projects. First a test marketing App; Then a 2nd App in a popular Technical Accounting area; Then, a targeted 3rd App. [ 3 App projects]\r\n\r\nWe plan to provide the selcected programmer three of our Power Point Training Presentations which are generally 12 to 30 slides, with a key index slide as to the Table of Contents, which can be used for the App. Yes, we can provide flowcharts.\r\n\r\nWe are licensed CPAs in a California. We specialize in litigation damages. Both defendant and plaintiff. We are often asked to train clients [using Power Point Presentations] on various technical subjects: 1) Litigation as to accounting data; 2) evidence for economic damages; and, 3) Forensic Accounting techniques.\r\n\r\nOur clients are more likely than not attorneys who require assistance on subjects like accounting evidence; divorce accounting as to damages; whistleblower cases as to Federal Government Accounting rules/regulations; and wrongful terminations, both for employer and employee.\r\n\r\nWe need a talented programmer who can take our Power Point Presentations and build into Apps using Apple SWIFT. We will require a Non-Disclosure Agreement; we will require the source code for our filing of Copyrights; we will require an App to pass Apple testing and approval; and we will require all intellectual property, such as, documentations, coding, test files, etc., to be transferred and become the sole property of our firm. \r\n\r\n We will also provide the \"logo\" for our firm to be used within the App; certain \"credits\", and disclaimers to be built into the APP.\r\n\r\nWe expect the final App to be simple, and allow the user to read, go back, go forward, for their own reading and training. Each App will be standalone and there will be no In-App purchases as we plan provide the Apps at a fairly typical App Store price [undecided].\r\n\r\nWe wish to complete this Apps in October and November, 2015.
