Restore lost I phone messages -- 2

I accidentally clicked delete all messages for one of my contacts instead of just the one message and I’d like to retrieve the lost files somehow. This was last year and I’ve got a new phone since but all my I cloud details are the same. At the time I couldn’t figure out how to get an old backup back so I ended up accidentally doing a new backup without them messages. Is there any way for someone to get these back?
