Build a private trading app
Budget €1500-3000 EUR
We would like to build an app for the European market on IOS and android.
It will be similar to a stock trading app but we will not be trading stocks and will not be registered as a financial institute or broker.
We want to use the app to trade alternative investment items. (details NDA) Some of these products will be made by our company others will be sourced from our partners to offer to the customers. It is basically a purchase of a product but with the idea of investing in it and holding it for a minimum period during which time the investors need to be able to resell it to other investors if they do not want to wait until they can take full ownership of the products.
Are you familiar with EU regulations and would you be able to build an app like this where we would be able to edit products and items by ourselves when the design is done?
