Build a 10 level basic mobile game

The game must be able to launch on app stiore and play store. The game explained is as follow:
goal/objective:
beat the level to win the level key. not a single level has the same challenge,
the key opens a treasure unique to the challenge. the
treasure is a quote or poem which explain the linked level unique outcome… there must be atleast 10 levels. each level will be a completely different game with a completely different background but the same exact character but also a different game and different task to complete to complete the level. bthere will only be a single task per level and will be very basi, when the level is complete a virtual animated person will appear to congratulate the player and reveal the key to open the treasure. the same animated person will announce and explain the treasure (written motivator).either a picture or video must be linked to each level and will appear after the treasure is explained, the video/pi8cture will be a specific piece of content which will be directly linked to the treasure and completed [login to view URL] video/pic content will be the same for every player and only when a new level is completed a new piece of content will be revealed.
example of a level and the process flow:
the player will click start, and the level will open, for this example the screen will display a background of a type of cruiseship on the ocean where the ocean wil be unsteady making the ship move by swinging or rocking side to side where the player will be on the ship standing on a balancing plank, the object is to balance yourself by tapping the screento steady the character in the middle or by tilting the phone, when the player can balance the character for 10 seconds, the player wins and completes the level. the in-game character (not player) will reveal the key and explain the treasure by non-moving display, with the character picture only having a speech bubble and will not have any mo9tion. after that befor4e the next level starts the image or video (which will be provided by me each level will only consist of a sibgle image or video) which is specifically linked to the level will appear/start. the content will be based on the level completed and treasur3 and will mainly be in the category of motivation. the pic or video will beavailable to share on social media. after closing the contyent the next level must open and be eliugible start. and then the same process is used untill the last level, all the levels will be basic types such as the above mentioned example and will alkways be only a single simple movement to control your characters motion (very little motion) the motion may change each level to compute with thye game type and objective.
