Magento website redesigning, nochex, iphone,etc installation

Budget $30-250 USD

I already have an hello theme installed on my magento 1.5.1.0 and have it live already, have done some customisation but need an expert to help complete the project.

Basically what is needed are:

Installation of Nochex Payment Gateway and Paypal and a multisite for wholesale.

Redesigning of website as regards changing background colour, buttons, make flash banner slide, Logo installation(i already have logo) tweeks and changes to make the site look more sleek and proffessional.

Installation of the Iphone/iPad Apps, Blog, 2 Extra banner page (Get the look and Trend) + Product pages, Links to social networks, footer pages activation i.e Rss feeds, Faq,sitemap,about us,press, delivery etc. Already on the template but needs activations.

Making the display picture box before the final click bigger than it is so if there are just 3 picture in a row it would be bigger and visible enough. Zoom roll over effect on final product.

Currency/language activation, Showing of related products (You may also like this) at the right hand of the inner page, making of upselling visibly too (customer who bought this also bought this) instead of the hidden we recommend this.

Others are small tweeks and changes just to make the site better looking, user friendly and sellable.
