I would give every purchase one permanent transaction record. Its status can move from pending to approved or rejected. The wallet would only use approved transactions for payouts. Any repeat affiliate update would simply update the same record. I would also keep a clear link between order and wallet credit. That makes every payout easy to trace back to its source. I have built HappyPics for iOS and Android commerce. It included products, cart, payments and customer transactions. I have also built transactional systems with external APIs.
