Ordering app for takeaway restaurant

I need an Android app and iOS app. I would like it designed and built. this is what I have in mind (if you actually read the below and can come up with suggestions then I will clearly consider your bid more). Am based in a small country town in Australia (population 3000). Initially just for my takeaway restaurant, but will expand to others in town. 1. Open app. The option will allow a choice of the takeway restaurant (as stated initially just mine, but must have ability to add more in future) 2. Once restaurant selected customer will need to be able to select food items (i.e Thai Green Curry - Regular, Large or family (with the prices) etc. 3. once food items selected then click Next and then the drinks can be selected. 4 then next and dessert can be selected. 5. Then customer clicks pickup or delivery (pickup is free and delivery is say $10 etc). They can allocate a time for pickup or delivery (which the restaurant can program a minimum time in future - so if the customer orders at say 4pm they can not specify 4:01 delivery). 6. customer enters thier details (name, address, telephone) enters credit card number for payment. Statement saying all orders are final etc etc (exact legal wording to be decided) 7. Order is send to restaurant email, where restaurant will process order on pos system and payment. 8 Must allocation unique code for each order (as will be used by restaurant. 9. Customer is emailed copy or each order. Notes: a. need a facility for regular customers so do not need to enter name address details for each order (but with the flexibility to change). Possibly listing of previous orders? Login? b. restaurant must be able to change prices and add remove menu items easily. change menu. C. Not be complicated to use! D. Need ability for restaurant to indicate what hours they are open, to ensure app only proceeds order for delivery or pickup during open times (but customer can order when restaurant is shut for pickup /delivery for when restaurant open. e. may look at integration into POS system in future, but not at present. f. as indicated customer can not cancel order, but must state on that they call the restaurant number for any issues. G important would make sense to have a website with the same detail ordering, update website the app automatically updates prices etc. I now sure if this realistic, need thoughts and ideas.
