Users first visit a simple one-page website that directs them to download the Android or iOS [login to view URL] website provides basic platform information, onboarding guidance, and community rules before redirecting users to the app download. After installation, they log in using their mobile number through OTP verification with automatic reading and auto-fill, next slide users complete a biodata form including name, groom/bride is profile for email, age, height, education, education, occupation, salary, city, contact details, family details and the system automatically creates their matrimonial profile with a unique Biodata ID. Users upload 2–4 photos, which are automatically watermarked with the community name and Biodata ID for secure identification, while images are securely streamed within the app and not stored locally on user devices. Users can later edit the detail of the biodata form on their profile. To activate the profile, payment is completed via razorpay: UPI, card, or netbanking, after which only paid profiles are sent to the admin for review. The admin view (web app) receives instant notifications for new payments and profile submissions and can approve profiles automatically assigning male profiles for female biodata users and female profiles to male biodata users,.profiles should be seen as lhs/rhs scroll like in tinder, please ensure this is not infinity scroll, every single day 25 profiles would be shown to opposite gender and new profiles unlock everyday, goal is to show 1 profile twice every week. The entire process runs automatically in the background without manual admin effort. App shall remain scalable as more groups and members are added. In case admin rejects profile, payments are refunded via Razorpay within 24 hours and users are notified their payment would be processed in 7-10 days, also add refund button for admin so they can refund the payment. Admins can manually add existing members or remove members whenever [login to view URL] members must have a support option to directly chat or call admin on whatsapp. In the group approved users can view biodata profiles and zoom or full view enabled photos, shortlist matches into a separate saved list and connect via linked WhatsApp chat or cellular call Strong privacy protections are built in, including screenshot blocking, image download prevention, secure media access, prevention of registration or payment from restricted or agent phone numbers stored in a protected database. Profiles operate on subscription plan (5 months), with automatic renewal reminders sent 7 days before expiry and 1 day before expiry ‘your profile expiring renew to stay active), and through in-app popups and email notifications, while admins also receive expiry and renewal alerts. If a subscription expires, the profile is automatically hidden and removed from groups and listings, and upon renewal it instantly becomes visible again and is re-added to eligible groups according to system. To the profile who didnt renew their background becomes blurr and only if they pay again there profile is active again. All members must be given permission to log out of app as well. Admins manage the platform through a secure dashboard displaying active, expired, and pending profiles along with group-wise member counts. From this panel, admins can approve or reject users, track payments and subscription validity, control biodata, photo, and contact visibility based on subscription status, block restricted users, manually upload biodata and images, shift members between groups, and manage automated renewals and expiry tracking. We have existing members we need to bulk upload those member data through Excel, Existing paid members can also be added manually while still benefiting from full subscription tracking and automated payment renewal notifications, ensuring they receive expiry reminders and are automatically removed or retained in groups according to payment validity.
