Hena’s hardest part is keeping city discovery useful without turning the feed into a noisy map. The City feed, dedicated map, activities, and business content need one clear location model while protecting users who deny location access. Arabic-first RTL must also mirror navigation and layouts correctly, not just translate text. I’d shape V1 around personal/business accounts, geospatial feed queries, clustered map markers, posts and activities, messaging, notifications, moderation, ads, and the web admin panel. I’d first define the data and permission flows so city switching, promoted map content, pagination, and location privacy don’t create expensive rework later.
