Client Database & Invoicing App

I run a service-based business and need a complete mobile solution that my team and I can carry in our pockets. The core of the job is an iOS and Android app—backed by secure cloud storage—that lets us: • Capture rich client records (contact info, interaction history, preferences and notes) the moment we speak with them. • Create, send and track invoices directly from the same screen. • Give every team member a personal login with their own profile, so I always know who made an update. • Collect and display client testimonials for quick reference and marketing material. • Push automatic reminders (renewals, follow-ups, unpaid invoices, birthdays) to both staff and clients. A lightweight web dashboard would be useful for administration, yet mobile is the priority. Data must stay in sync across devices, so feel free to suggest Firebase, AWS Amplify, Supabase or another cloud backend you trust for real-time updates and strong security. Deliverables I expect 1. A clickable prototype or demo build so I can see the workflow. 2. Source code for both platforms, clearly documented. 3. One-page deployment guide showing how to hook the project to the chosen cloud service. 4. Itemised quotation that splits design, development, testing and post-launch support. Please include samples of similar work (screenshots or TestFlight/APK links are fine) and outline the tech stack and timeline you recommend. I’m open to additional features if they improve client experience, but the functions above are non-negotiable.
