I’m looking for a Xero–savvy bookkeeper based in Sydney who can work with me on an ongoing basis. The immediate priorities are staying on top of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable and configuring clean, professional invoicing templates for our overseas customers so GST and multi-currency rules are handled correctly from day one. Because everything runs through Xero, I expect you to be fully comfortable with its dashboard, contact management, tracking categories, and the new invoice layout editor. If you already know the finer points of multi-currency and tax settings in Xero, even better—this will save us both time. Scope of work and tangible deliverables: • Weekly AP/AR reconciliation and aging reports straight out of Xero • Creation (or tidy-up) of international invoice templates that auto-populate correct tax, currency, and payment terms • Month-end summary of outstanding items and any red flags you spot I’m flexible on meeting arrangements but prefer someone local for the occasional face-to-face catch-up when complex issues arise.
