How I'd run it: one tracking sheet keyed on PO number, supplier replies logged against the PO the day they land with confirmed lead time and ship date, then a weekly reconcile against your Odoo CSV export so the on hand figures line up. Anything that moved goes in the daily note as a variance. Which materials carry the longest lead times? I've run this kind of PO tracking against an ERP export before.
