I am having a nightmare with Interspire support since they announced they are discontinuing the ISC Shopping Cart, even though I have an active support contract.
I have setup a live store using version 6.1.6, which is extremely buggy and I have noticed a major issue. I have now downloaded version 6.1.8 and would like help to upgrade my existing store. It seems fairly simple via FTP and the instructions provided, however I have never done this before and would like someone who knows what they are doing.
I would need my current store backing up, I will backup the database and the new store upgraded. It has a custom design based on an existing template, so the template is NOT to be updated.
