MailWizz + PowerMTA Reply Routing Specialist Needed We are looking for an experienced MailWizz + PowerMTA email infrastructure specialist to fix our current reply-routing setup. Current situation We are sending campaigns through multiple sending domains using MailWizz + PowerMTA. Currently, when a recipient clicks Reply, the Reply-To address exposes our central/main domain: We need to change this architecture so that replies remain associated with the sending domain, while still being routed centrally. Desired setup For example: Sender domain→ recipient Recipient clicks Reply: Sender domain Then: Sender domain → automatically forwarded/routed to our central mailbox. We have multiple sending domains, so the solution needs to be scalable and manageable across all of them. What we need * Strong hands-on experience with MailWizz * Strong experience with PowerMTA * Experience configuring Reply-To / return-path / sending domains * Experience with domain-level mail routing and forwarding * Ability to configure the solution without breaking existing campaigns * Proper SPF, DKIM and DMARC considerations * Ability to test the complete flow using Gmail/Outlook * Explain exactly what was changed and provide documentation * Must understand the difference between From, Reply-To and Return-Path Important We are not looking for someone who simply changes the Reply-To field. We need someone who understands the underlying mail infrastructure and can implement a proper domain-level reply-routing architecture.
