Smart Fuel Management System

Smart Fuel System is the fuel management tool for eliminating Fuel fraud , effectively managing fuel reports and consumption by the authorised vehicles only. System should work with wireless RFID Tagged vehicle identification CONTACT tag for auto authorization, control and monitoring which can easily be integrated with Fuel Management System. It should complete control and comprehensive security over fuel dispensers and fuel dispensed. Key Requirement Vehicle Tag – Multiple RFID form factors available. Four maintenance-free tags that automate and simplify vehicle identification. Vehicle Tags are programmable with specific fuel type requirements and suitable for multiple vehicle styles. Vehicle Unit – Ultra-rugged contact tags can be connected to the vehicle to seamlessly report valuable data on vehicle utilization, distance driven, engine cycles, and other operational statistics. The built–in RFID reader can read a driver’s badge or key fob for added security and statistics. Nozzle Unit – Robust reader is easily installed on the fueling dispenser to read and transmit vehicle tag when in contact with the Vehicle RFID Tag data to the FMS for authorization. Wireless Controller – A programmable base station to relay data picked up by Nozzle or Vehicle Units to the FMS and activate/deactivate fuel dispersion based on FMS authorization.
