Duties will include but not limited to 2-3 weeks of training for the position with daily attendance a must via online classroom.
Assisting customers calling in with any needs. Making sure no more concerns are present when the call is over.
Documenting the call in our call log.
Handling account questions, bill payments, and or upgrades to their account.
Must have reliable quick internet, computer, and usb headset.
Must be able to pass drug screen and background check before being issued a login.
