The Web Site Marketing Product Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for the content, creative, development, targeting, and marketing campaigns of an education-related portfolio of web properties. Thruline operates a number of web sites focused on specific career and education degree fields where the company aspires to be the premier resource for people researching education attainment in these fields. This role is responsible for the content and creative management of web sites and to design sites that motivate visitors to interact as part of the overall lead generation campaigns. Traffic for these sites is primarily driven from organic search (SEO) so a key part of the strategy revolves around building sites that are search engine friendly and provide value to users to enable to rank in top positions on high value keywords. Success for the role and team is primarily measured by traffic growth and improved user engagement with the web sites. This role requires proven success in creative content interaction, strong web marketing expertise, along with good team leadership and motivation skills. Use of measurable performance and success in an entrepreneurship environment are key. The Web Site Marketing Product Manager will provide leadership to a team of six Content Marketers and UX/designers.
