My wife and I recently started a new business, and we are now looking to get help in the form of a Virtual Assistant with Adwords and Facebook experience.
Just to give you some information about our company, we have an ecommerce store selling Viking jewelry and drinking horns, and we are hoping to expand into clothing, axes and other Viking items.
A big part of what we need help with will be digital marketing and social media management. This would probably involve Google Adwords, Facebook Ads, Facebook page, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.
Our website is based on Shopify, so we may also need some assistance managing the shopify backend.
Going forward, we would likely also need help with sourcing new suppliers and manufacturers, and possibly responding to customer inquiries and messages. We'll probably also need various ad-hoc admin support as we grow.
Our goal is to grow this business and outsource as much of the running as possible, but it is crucial that we continue to provide amazing customer service.
The work will initially be implementing, managing and optimising Google Adwords campaigns, then will expand to include managing and optimising Facebook Ad campaigns. As we build our relationship and you become more familiar with the brand and the products, you will be expected to respond to customer messages, research potential new suppliers, and post on our social media channels.
This work would be ongoing, and hopefully increasing in weekly hours. We would really like to build a long term relationship.
