Our company manufactures, distributes and sales a unique child carrier in many parts of world. We are looking to hire a friendly, smart, organized and reliable professional to support our day to day operations on a full time basis.
• Fluent in English both written and clearly spoken
• Computer savvy, (Word, Excel, Google Docs, Social Media)
• Smart and quick learner
• Answer emails, online chat support, questions on social media pages and phone calls from customers and prospective wholesalers
• Perform marketing outreach via email, messages and phone calls to prospective wholesalers
• Manage all aspects of the Amazon FBA system (issues, orders, restocking, returns, etc)
• Monitor and process complaints of trademark infringement of Amazon, Ebay, Alibaba, etc..
• 30-40 hours per week/ 7-8 per day (Monday – Friday - USA)
• Flexible but somewhere within this range 6AM-10:00PM USA Pacific Time
• Paid Vacation Days
• Bonus & Commissions
Requirement to Apply (50-Minute Test):
• Pre-employment testing is required to establish knowledge and skill set level. Job applications will not be considered if tests are not done. Note some test will not be able to be completed within the timeframe. That is OK, complete as much as possible.
