*****************CORPORATION OR BIG TEAMS DO NOT BID*************************** We have been a successful marketing business for 5 years . I market my own products and services. I now want to add a SEO division to my company. I need an SEO and website development expert who can assist me on a full-time basis for the next 3 to 12 months to develop my existing websites to their full potential and do the whole for my clients who will pick up the SEO services option. Internal work : •Improving the SEO health of my websites •Creating a strong Social media presence •And improving traffic to my websites dramatically Thereby increasing my mailing list size. External task: •Improving the SEO health of my clients websites •And improving traffic to their websites So I need someone who is already an expert (I have no ability or time to train them) and design a strategy and implement it with very little technical SEO input from me. Initial activities could include: •Website design to add names to our mailing list using existing traffic •Website design to encourage the maximum amount of organic traffic •Implementing a social marketing campaign which includes all the major social media players •Developing strategies to improve organic traffic on an ongoing basis The Key performance Indicators for this project are impact on sales and increase in email opens. Anything that is done that does not impact these areas is of no value to me. So doing activities that drives traffic that does not buy or does not add their names to the mailing list or open their emails will be useless. Experience in ALL of the following is important:- •Youtube Video SEO optimisation and distribution to other Video sites •Web SEO design using Wordpress and Optimize press •Experience using the Major Social Media such as FaceBook, Linked In, Twitter, etc to get the maximum marketing exposure. •Email Marketing experience using ontraport •Experience creating successful Google first page keyword strategies •Experience creating Forum based comments and backlinks Please do not apply if you think you will learn these things as the project progresses. I am looking for advanced experience in these areas right now and quick performance.
