We are looking for a kickass CRO Expert with a proven track record of growing online business using conversion rate optimization.
- Perform research to establish a strong understanding of our business goals and propose solutions and strategies that meet our needs and drive our success on the web.
- Collecting, analyzing, and acting on a variety of data inputs – from web analytics, to user behavior, demographic data, and market research.
- Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), and lead-generating forms.
- Responsible for identifying the right competitive benchmarks to help our clients establish monthly, quarterly, or annual targets for their ecommerce performance.
- Prepare monthly reports for client campaigns.
- Run a site audit, build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan.
- Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition.
- Work with internal Digital Marketing Manager, Designer and Developer to collaborate on all conversion optimization efforts and to identify opportunities for improvement
- Operate according to project timelines to avoid delays
- Use Trello - our project management system
- At least 2 years’ experience in CRO/Website Optimization, UX/UI, Analytics, Digital Marketing or Ecommerce
- Proficiency with Hotjar tracking and analysis and other CRO technologies – Optimizely, Reflektion, Visual Web Optimizer, etc.
- Google Analytics Certification is a bonus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions and recommendations based on data
- An adept critical thinker with a strategic approach to problem solving, learns fast and does not make the same mistake twice, works independently to reach team goals, reliable, does not cut corners, collaborates and anticipates needs of other team members
- Comprehends and communicates in English
