First Step Workshop Events

I help people with career and life changes and I've designed a workshop where I share my coaching techniques with people so that they can go on to "coach themselves happy". It's an interactive and very powerful workshop designed to motivate people into a positive, can-do mindset. They walk away empowered and with my tools and techniques, plus the first steps of their own action plan towards making change happen fast. I want to sell my events in Hamilton, Rotorua, Matamata and Tauranga so that I can spend more time in Matamata with my parents who are not well. I otherwise live and work out of Auckland. I have tried Eventbrite and FB but the traffic is low and no uptake on the events so far. I need a marketing guru who knows how to generate leads that will convert into sales and I want to see 2 events a week outside of Auckland (could be one evening and one breakfast workshop). The events are up to 3 hours in length, I charge a very low $150 per person and cap the numbers at 15 per workshop. I need leads, conversions and momentum to get these workshops up and running so more people can benefit from the power of coaching and I can see my parents more often. You may need to work on the copy I've prepared to make it more engaging/exciting and you need to know how to maximise the use of online marketing platforms to get results fast.
