Bulk email campaign

We need serious company able to manage bulk-email service. Volume: 1 million total sends as a test campaign (broken up by about 5-6 segmented sub campaigns) Freelancer must be experienced and be able to use Non Blacklisted IP's and Servers... and provision for changing IP if it is blacklisted (the emails must arrive in inbox and not be marked as spam). IF YOU ARE NOT VERY EXPERIMENTED, DON'T REPLY TO THIS PROJECT Looking for a long term business partner We will give you the addresses to send to, as well as the subject and body content (simple text with one link). You will need to be able to log the emails that delivered, failed to deliver due to technical reasons, or failed to deliver due to invalid address and you will have to provide us with this log. Your delivery rate must be at least 95%. This does NOT include the emails that failed to deliver due to invalid receiver address. If there are any emails that fail to deliver due to technical issues on your side you will have to re-send until enough of them get through to meet your 95% delivery rate. ATTENTION: We will be inserting an undisclosed amount of unique email addresses within each list we give you, at random locations. Those addresses will be from different domains and they will be used by us to monitor your sending activity. We will NOT release the escrow if ANY of those email addresses do not receive the email (in the inbox) we have you sending. Since those addresses will be equally distributed across the entire list, if we do not receive the expected email on all of them, or the email gets marked as spam, it means you have not done your job properly and you failed to meet the requirements listed above.
