Micro Niche Sites

I am looking for somebody that I can work with on a permanent basis to build wordpress micro niche sites for me. I have a base of clients prepared to order these sites so this will be regular work for you. There will be different aspects involved with building these sites so I ideally need somebody with a range of skills available. I have listed below what you will need to be able to do for each site that you build: Keyword Research to find keywords with 1000+ Local searches and min $1 CPC. (If not possible I may be able to do this part myself.) Write content - At least 2 x 500 word unique articles on the site subject. Build the wordpress sites using high CTR themes suitable for adsense Ping, RSS & 50 High PR backlinks per site As I already mentioned there will be a lot of orders for these sites so I am open to offers. You can either quote me a price per site to do all the work or I may be prepared to do a joint venture with somebody where we split the profits. Please contact me for more details.
