Google Adwords Campaign for a New Site

We are looking for a Certified Google Adwords Professional to set-up and the initial management of a new Google Adwords campaign. The main tasks will be writing compelling and relevant ads, creating the new campaign and keyword lists, setting up tracking URLs (where applicable) then optimising by analysing various data sources and stats, changing account structures, working to improve KPIs, quality scores, etc. The service provider will research our service offering and competitors, then put together a Strong Keyword List including neagative and long tail keywords. He/She will do the analysis, create keyword bid strategies and completely optimize the campaign to drive sales traffic to the site. The site is a DVD sales site and has currently around 2500 titles and will have another 2000 or so titles added when complete over the next few months, so the campaign will need to be updated as new titles are added over the next few months - Keep this in mind when bidding!! We would like an adword created for the title of each movie (will end up being over 4000 movies), as many of the movies are old classics and are only available from specialist sites or shops. We expect you to know the Ins and Outs of Google Adwords and analytics and also suggest site improvements to our website if needed. We're looking for an ongoing long term relationship with a GREAT Adwords professional! Please make sure you have some examples of prior work done. I need someone who is fluent in English!
