+1000 PR5 dofollow backlinks required

I am seeking 1000 PR5+ permanent, one-way backlinks. I will provide you with with Key Phrases to be used as anchor text. I require all backlinks to be from different websites. Backlinks on URLS should be active right away. I'd expect them to be picked up in search engines within 1-3 days..
