100 backlinks from french topic sites

We want 100 backlinks to several different websites that are about the french language. The websites that you are linking from must be french related. For example: french food, french wine, french language, travel in france, french tourism etc There must be 100 links from 100 different domains. All posts must be in readable understandable english. All domains must be in English. We will give you a spreadsheet of 100 links with anchor text for each link. There must be at least 50 words of french related text around or preceding the link which can be copied from the destination URL page, or written at the time. Each Post/Comment must be readable WITHOUT having to log in. The Main page of the forums or blogs must be PR1 or above. However the actual page you are posting on does not have to be PR 1+. Backlinks must be search engine friendly, that is no redirects, cloaking and other practices No gambling, adult & porn sites, pharmacy sites, illegal websites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites, no blacklisted or spam sites. No links from under construction pages, or under construction websites. No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. No contextual ads sites, popups, intrusive advertising, etc. No blog comment spamming, no ping, no links within newsgroups. No link from: torrent sites, file sharing, articles. I also do not want my link in signatures but only in the forum thread, or the blog.
