You are already adept at research work where you can discover topics within a major topic then sift out good information from the self-promoting/random noise that emanates the Internet.
You also are interested in, highly aware of or involved in the technology entrepreneurship scene. I'm talking lean startups, SEO/PPC, landing pages, viral marketing etc. If you don't understand these terms or don't know where to find the info on these, you may not want to bid.
We need you to research key topics that are (1) popular (2) well written about in relation to the tech startup scene. You will then assemble sources and put them within individual topics in a word document. Here's a full outline of the process:
Step 1. Study post titles on famous blogs in vertical
Step 2. Synthesise key themes and topics in these posts
Step 3. Write list of topics and themes (sample notebooks)
Step 4. Submit for approval and prioritisation to hirer
Step 5. Research content for each sample notebook
Your bid will explain in no more than 50 words why you are the ideal candidate for the job, and what you can bring to the table in terms of research/tech scene experience. If you're successful in reaching the next stage, we will want you to do a paid trial of 2-3 hours to test your abilities.
