Marketing manager - membership site, success based

We are in the process launching a new website in the social / community space focusing on art, craft & design. To support our marketing efforts, we are looking for a very strong marketing partner to lead all marketing efforts. This position will focus on lead generation, squeeze/conversion, affiliate marketing, PR and email marketing as necessary to drive membership and sales. The position has large revenue earning potential and is offered on a success based model. If you are confident in your ability to drive membership and conversions, we can be very generous with a percentage of sales model. We are also committing a fixed monthly budget to support efforts to use as you see fit. The right candidate should have clear credentials and experience succeeding in a similar role, combining deep knowledge and real world success. You must also be available and committed to a potentially longer term engagement (1-2 years +) and be open to the success based payment model. Obviously you need to be a great communicator and work well remotely.
