Please, if you see yourself as the no-go candidate do not apply. To reiterate - No-Go candidates, please don’t even send a reply, we aren’t interested. The Amazing Candidate - You... Are an individual, not a company or someone representing a company. Live in or near (ie. surrounding states ) to Iowa. Have been in the Internet marketing and affiliate game for 5+ years. Have always wanted to work with a startup, and possible have experience doing so. Either have English as your first language, or speak it flawlessly. Normally just stop caring about a project after a few weeks since it gets boring. Despise Linux and think it’s a dying fad. We’ll pay 25 % commission on each sale for the first YEAR the client is with us. At $200 per month service fee, that’s $600/yr for each new client of that particular service. This commission will VERY quickly go up as you reach higher sales numbers. An environment where you are the expert and a valued team member - We aren’t marketers, we’re engineers and businessmen, we expect you to know what you’re talking about. We want every single suggestion you have no matter how crazy, let us know! We aren’t from the bay! - We’re from Iowa, the Midwest. We aren’t built on shaky VC money and we aren’t going to disappear because some investors check is late. Total Freedom - You’re the boss. You will be in charge of all decisions marketing, and our chief advisor on all matters involving it. If something on the site needs to change before we can land more clients, tell us. If we need to change all of the text in our client emails to bright pink, let us know. We’re receptive to any and all recommendations you make. If this ad has sounded attractive to you in any way, please shoot us a reply stating what type of candidate role you think fits you best and why. All interesting applicants will be asked to do a phone interview ( nothing formal ) for a few minutes, to hit on some basic points mentioned in the ad. Thanks for your time.
