Need targeted beginner internet mareter leads to build list

Hello, I need to build a targeted list in the internet/affliate marketing niche. I have a good opt in page up and that converts well... I am looking for someone who can send me people who are wanting to learn internet marketing and affiliate marketing. Once they have opted into my autoresponder I will convert the leads. I am a fairly successful marketer and also very savvy of marketing actions and behaviour. I need targeted traffic that would convert not junk bulk traffic. So my aim is to build a huge list of TARGETED LEADS (PEOPLE TRYING TO LEARN INTERNET/AFFILIATE MARKETING). The email campaign I have set out is a proven system that converts targeted traffic so if it does not convert at all then I will know the traffic is no good!!! This is a long term thing I will be making an order ever two weeks for months to come if the traffic is right. I am wanting most of the traffic to come from english speaking countries asthe campaign is in enlglish. My first order will be no more than $50 as a test run.
