We require both the 3D CAD Model (.STEP) and the PCB Gerber Files (RS-274X format) along with the BOM. Key Requirements: 1. 2-in-1 Convertible Mechanical Design: Must function as a stable table fan, but must include a heavy-duty detachable bracket/clamp to securely mount it inside Indian commercial truck cabins and tractors to withstand high vibrations. 2. Battery Compartment: Hollow bottom base optimized perfectly to lock our 12.8V 12Ah LiFePO4 battery pack (Exact dimensions: 140mm L x 70mm W x 75mm H). 3. 100% Copper BLDC Motor: 30W-35W max power, customized for Rated DC 12V operation, D-Cut shaft (8mm dia, 40mm outer length), CW rotation. Premium A-grade double ball bearings. 4. Universal Smart PCBA: Direct AC input (90V-350V AC via built-in SMPS) and ultra-wide DC input range (Strictly 10V to 50V DC) with auto-detect/step-down logic to safely handle solar panels and heavy vehicle alternators. 5. Technical Logic & Safety: Constant speed logic down to 10V discharge (zero RPM drop), integrated LiFePO4 BMS (charging cut-off at 14.6V, low-voltage discharge cut-off at 10V), automotive-grade TVS diode surge protection on DC line, 4-speed tactile push-button mapping (1000/1200/1500/1700 RPM), and a QC 3.0 fast-charging USB port.
