I wrote an accountancy textbook in MS Word 2010 and need it to import cleanly into Kindle Create (Reflowable). At the moment Kindle Create shows “INVALID SOURCE FILE.” The document uses only standard fonts, but it does contain several tables and charts that must stay intact. Your task is to diagnose whatever is tripping the error, repair the file, and return a Word document that Kindle Create accepts without complaints. I’ll also appreciate a brief note on what you changed so I can apply the same fixes to future editions. If you prefer, you can supply the corrected .docx and a KCB project already built from it. Success for me is simple: I open Kindle Create, choose Reflowable, select the book you deliver, and the program loads it normally with all tables and charts displaying properly.
