We require images of hospital garments in either a worn or unworn state from posed catalog scenes. Hospital garments include staff scrubs (nurses, doctors, surgeons), patient gowns, and doctors coats. Sourced images should then be sorted into one of a series of folders as defined in the attached pdf. We will provide you access to this Shared Google folder.
“Source Company” is the website used to source the images. Catalog images are those typically found on sellers web sites or product catalogues and include hospital garments in either a worn or unworn state. These images should be further subcategorized as staff or patient garments.
=> Images should not include personal protective equipment (PPE).
=> Each catalog-type image should include only one person and their garment should be unambiguously categorizable.
=> Catalog-type images should have a white or monochrome background color.
=> Images should not be watermarked or contain rendered graphics.
=> Images should not include children or garments for children.
=> Images of worn garments should be of human actors (no computer generated images or mannequins).
=> There should be only one person garment (gown or combination of top & bottom) per image. Two or more people in an image is not allowed.
=> Populate a shared Google Drive folder with the images arranged according to the folder structure described in the work description section above.
=> Update this summary document to detail your sources of images.
=> Submissions will be reviewed for quality and adherence to the requirements outlined above.
