Hi there! This next background is going to be featuring giant versions of the glowing mushrooms from your winning contest entry, in addition to normal sized ones. Colors that are good to use are the light blue from the mushrooms and their glow, brown, murky and dark shades of green, and grays. The area this is in is rather swampy, and there should be mist in the area, making it look a bit dark and glum other than the glow of mushrooms. The ground should be a good mixture of grass and moss covered boulders.
References and notes on them (there's only two references because I feel as though just mashing elements I'll point out below would be perfect for this environment): *[url removed, login to view] (For this one, I like the way the giant mushrooms are spaced between one another and how many of them there are. This is a fantastic composition reference, I just want a different atmosphere/set of colors and for the ground to not look quite as lush.)
*[url removed, login to view] (The muted shades of green, brown, and gray are perfect and exactly what I want to make the mushrooms stand out! I also love the way the earth in the foreground looks kinda muddy and the moss covered rocks to the sides. Basically, take the color palette and misty atmosphere and ground in this, and put giant and little glowing blue mushrooms in about the same positions as you see in the first reference.)
If it would help, I can again provide a drawn reference for more accuracy, but I feel these two pictures are basically exactly what I'm looking for, just different elements of each.
(Also, it's not letting me adjust the deadline for this, but as usual there is absolutely no rush for this!)
