Expert Landscape Designer Wanted

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for an expert in landscape designer to work with our design team on one of our latest properties we acquired as we take on designing a one of a kind landscape at a renowned eclectic and chic estate. WHAT WE WILL NEED FROM YOU Phase 1: Convert Existing (as built) Landscape Plans (PDF) to CAD Drawings Phase2: Provide design ideation, feedback, and suggestions as we explore future design plans Design conceptual Master Plans Please Note: Only experienced experts apply. To be considered, you must be able to be able to show us prior work examples that showcase your talents in relation to this project. This is a great opportunity to work on a quick project that has the potential to lead to consistent work. REQUIREMENTS • Vast Experience with Landscape Design • Experience with Producing Drawings and Documentation of Complex Planting Beds • Experience with CAD programs in Landscape Design, AutoCAD, Rhino3D, Revit, etc for producing the documentation • A clear understanding of what it takes to have a simple solution that actually works. **PLEASE NOTE: To make sure that you have read our requirements, please tell us your favorite color and share some examples of your work that will demonstrate your ability to accomplish this project.
