Need a full-time art director for a TCG.

Hello... we are a team of designers who made an innovative trading card game design. for a year and a half, we worked on developing a design that will eliminate the bad sides of TCGs. Luckily, we have succeeded. and now we're looking for the right people to make the project. the project will be digital trading card game on unity in 3D, for PC only. There will be around 300 cards each three months, the job of the art director is to fit the world into a small booklet and distribute it to freelance artists, so they can make the art for the cards. Some cards’ arts and some help in the project will be demanded sometimes. So in general, the work will be like this: 1- To build the worlds of the set (usually 4 small cities of places). And to fit that world in a document. 2- Assigning cards to freelancers to do their art. 3- Delivering the arts to us and helping us to bring them to the game if needed. 4- Additional cards drawing and helping might be necessary. This cycle will repeat every three months, which is the time between card sets. The art director of MTG talked about his work in this video, watching it will give a real picture of the job: [login to view URL] the work is full-time, and task based. the contract will continue after lunch to support the game and add new cards. the rate we offer is 13$/hour. we want a project contributor more than an employee, thus, the rate will be increased to 30$/hour when the game succeeds, and maybe more! the team will most likely be overseas, so our method of communication will be online. the project is expected to be done in 3-4 months from work's beginning.
