Long-Term Streetwear Designer Needed

I run a newly launched streetwear label and I’m ready to bring on a designer who can grow with the brand. Right now I need fresh, eye-catching artwork for tees, hoodies and accessories, but I’m also open to expanding into logo tweaks or even full textile patterns as we move forward—it really depends on where your strengths shine. Here’s what I’m hoping for in our first phase together: • Three to five original street-ready graphics that translate well across T-shirts, hoodies and social posts • Print-ready files (AI or PSD preferred, layered and fully editable) plus web-optimised PNGs • Colour variations that work on both light and dark garments • Clear rights transfer so I can move straight into production If you’ve got a knack for bold typography, pop-culture references or experimental illustration styles common in today’s streetwear scene, you’ll fit right in. Consistent communication, adherence to deadlines and an eye on budget are all must-haves, as I’d like this to turn into an ongoing partnership for future drops.
