Urgent! 4 days turnaround only - I need an artist to create a reasonably realistic impression of an architecture or real estate project for me. It can be in a sketchy style, doesn't have to be too precise or perfect. It's more of an overall impression Im looking for. I have specific references that the artist can use to create the desired impression. I am looking for an artist who can take these references and use their creativity and skill to capture the desired style and feel. The end result should be an image that is representative of the architecture that is to be redeveloped according to the guidance I can provide. Structurally the building will remain the same as the photo provided, the artist must be able to re-draw the building with the aesthetics changed (such as new cladding, painted brickwork, drawing windows in where they are currently boarded up) rather than the structure of the building changing, and be able to include extra elements such as Parasols, impressions of people sitting at tables etc. The artist should be able to create a drawing from an existing photo which includes all the elements I will describe and provides a visual impression of what the devloper intends to do with the building from what it looks like now. I can provide reference images of the type of thing the developer would like to include and this needs to be translated on to the drawing of the building to transform it from what it is now, into the vision that the developer has for it.
