2D Anime character designer for celestial characters: Multi-Protectors

We're looking for a good character artist who can draw detailed anime art for our special characters; the Multi-Protectors. They play a key role in the entire Master Ky series and are cool celestial beings with colorful personalities! Right now, we only got Ascella designed, but it wasn't the design we were aiming for. So we're hoping to get her redesigned and get the other 4 actual designs. Concept art or character sheets can also be made if you'd like!
There are 5 Multi-Protectors, and each one of them watches over the multiverse and protects others from absolution. Here are what the main 5 focus on:
Ascella: Ascella watches over the fate of the multiverse and controls it. Just like fate, she's random and unpredictable. She often dresses rather cutesy and soft while her Adult form is a lot more subdued and a tad more revealing.
For inspiration for her teen form, I'm thinking Nui Harime from Kill La Kill, Celica Mercury from BlazBlue, and Eru Chitanda from Hyouka
While for her adult form: I'm thinking Purple Heart from Hyperdimension Neptunia, Shinobu Oshino's true form from Bakemonogatari, and Emilia from RE;Zero. She has a concept design, however, it's not 100% what I was aiming for.
She also has stars in the middle of her pupils.
Deimos: Deimos is the leader of the Multi-Protectors and judges others based on actions. Very serious and determined, he often is the one taking his job to protect the multiverse the most seriously. Unlike the others, he doesn't care much about human beings as much as he does the planet, but also doesn't despise them. He often trains the chosen one to use his abilities. He has draconic red eyes and is usually seen with a serious-looking scowl. He dresses edgy and in a more traditional sense.
Vulcan: The welder of the weapons for the chosen ones and the top guard of the universe. Despite his tough exterior, he is extremely kind-hearted and helps those in need. However, he's not useless or weak, with the ability to absolutely crush the opposition.
Inspirations would be Ira Gamagoori from Kill La Kill and Dimple's buff form from Mob Psycho 100.
Bellatrix: The most relaxed one and foreseer of the future of the multiverse. She's also capable of controlling and giving people aliments. She also controls any element of nature.
Inspirations are from Palutena from Kid Icarus and Belldandy from Ah My Goddess.
She has swirly pupils.
Orion: The most chill and laid-back of the group. He focuses on humanity and whether or not they're good. He has the ability to mess with space, time, and reality. However, he can also use a ton of other powers as well.
Inspirations for him are Itsuki Koizumi from Haruhi Suzumiya, Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa 2, and Hijiri Koganei from Romantic Killer.
His eyes are sparkly.
